The State Street Academy of Music is bringing “Miles of Music” performances to the “Antique Auto Museum at Hershey” for one night only – September 29 – from 5:30 - 8:30pm. The AACA Museum Inc. is SSA’s new community partner and is providing the use of their galleries for this FUNdraising event.  AACA Museum’s permanent and changing featured exhibits make this a great destination to showcase the emerging talents of our young people along with their teachers.

Stroll museum exhibits as you encounter a variety of musical interludes, food stations provided by “Healthy You Café,” or cast your bid on exciting silent auction items. Make your adventure complete with "a cruise through time" from the 1890’s to the 1980’s with cars, buses, trucks, motorcycles, and other automobile memorabilia.

Driving and music is an integral part of our culture and evidence of changing times. But these are also times when arts and music programs are being reduced or eliminated in our schools. SSA offers children an opportunity they may not otherwise have through a generous scholarship program, summer camps, outreach and other education opportunities. Join other SSA family and friends who support Harrisburg’s only music academy for ALL students, regardless of age, gender, race, color, creed, national origin or ability to pay! Event tickets purchased for September 29th will benefit the education programs of the State Street Academy of Music. Proceeds from this FUNdraising event will ensure that all musically talented children in the Harrisburg area continue to have equal access to the kind of tutoring and musical nurturing that only a true music academy can provide!
