THE FOUNDATION FOR THE PRESERVATION OF HISTORIC ST. LAWRENCE CHAPEL

The Foundation for the Preservation of Historic St. Lawrence Chapel was a Pennsylvania non profit corporation qualified as a charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The foundation was formed in 2003 to receive tax deductible donations of cash and in-kind services for use in renovating and maintaining the St. Lawrence Chapel located at 110 State Street in the City of Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. The initial renovation project, involving conversion of the Chapel's basement into space for music education and practice, began in 2003 and concluded in 2006. The chapel's beautifully renovated space currently houses the State Street Academy of Music.
